1. The Promoter:
This competition is promoted by Black Magic Concepts Pty Ltd, ABN 67 127 466 148, Unit 14, 35 Foundry road, Seven Hills 2147. Contact Phone No. is 1800 469 006.
2. Who May Enter:
i) Australian Residences only
All eligible persons, who are not:
i) Employees, the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of Black Magic Concepts Pty Ltd.
3. Eligibility
i) One entry will be given upon receiving a Black Magic Spray Tan, one entry per tan done.
ii) Get a spray tan done by one of our salons or spray tan technicians who we supply.
iv) Entries will be accepted upon salons return by post to Black Magic Concepts Pty Ltd, Unit 14, 35 Foundry Road, Seven Hills 2147
v) An Australian resident.
4. Requirements for entrants:
i) It is compulsory for entrants to provide their full name, telephone number and email address to enter the promotion as we will be emailing the winner and also calling them.
5. Validity
Entries will only be given to salons based on the amount of solution bought to make sure that entries are only supply based on the average number of spray tans per bottle.
6. Date of Competition
The competition commences from 00:01am AEST on Monday, 16th May, 2011 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 23rd March, 2012.
7. Prize
The prize is a Suzuki Alto GF GLX 2011, Automatic transmission, valued at
$16,851.70, including on-road and registration costs.
8. Details of Draw
The Draw will commence at 12noon AEST, Saturday 31st March, 2012 at Heartland
Motors Pty Ltd, Cnr Windsor Rd & Victoria Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154 where the
winner will be announced. The winner will be notified via email and a phone
call. The result will be published in The Australian on Friday the 6th of April 2012 and on www.spraytanning.com.au
9. Method of Claiming Prize
The winner is not required to be on-site at the draw. Once the winner is announced, Heartland Motors Pty Ltd will contact the winner to make arrangements for vehicle registration and handover of the vehicle.
10. Delivery of Prize
The car will be delivered to the states capital city where it was won to hand over to the winner.
11. Database
All entries will be entered into a database for recital of future advertisement and marketing. The Promoter and or Heartland Motors Pty Ltd may use entrants' names and addresses for future marketing and promotional purposes unless notified otherwise in writing by the entrant. The Promoters and/or Heartland Motors Pty Ltd will classify all entries as confidential and will not disclose any entrant’s details to any other parties, and by entering the competition you are agreeing to accept email communications from Black Magic Concepts Pty Ltd and or Heartland Motors Pty Ltd until you unsubscribe.
12. Second Chance Draw
If the prize is not claimed, the second chance draw will be on the 7th of July 2012, 12noon at Black Magic HQ, 14/35 Foundry Road, Seven Hills 2147. The winner will be notified by a phone call and email. Results published in The Australian on the 13th of July 2012 and online www.spraytanning.com.au
